At the expense of sounding creepy, I'd still say she's a rarity. It's not that hot girls are rare, but very few have perfect bodies. Like most girls who are slim like her usually have a small chest, and most girls with a nice chest are usually heavyset. She's like something out of a fantasy. Every part of her is perfect. There ya go, now I sound like a creepy dude XD

I'm saving a little money of the house, but it's still expensive to buy in New York, so I'm still spending lots of money. I'm already noticing that it's a chick magnet though, but I'm being extra careful about who I bring home now.
