Yea he is some weird lolcow on the internet who wanted to make his own fan film that he wanted to put up a budget of 8 billion dollars. He got called out for making a really creepy video of him masturbating to a underage fictional asian character from Dexter's Lab.

I'm surprised you know that guy, he is not that popular among other lolcows. I know a youtuber covered him extensively but his channel ended up getting deleted.
